DURETHAN (PA) 的性能介绍:
Durethan 是我们基于尼龙6及尼龙66的工程热塑性塑料系列产品的商品名称。
尼龙为部分结晶的塑料,具有多种理想性能,尤其适合工程应用。它不仅具有高机械强度及硬度、良好
的电绝缘性能,而且耐热及化学品、摩擦力低、急速运行能力好、耐磨、可降低噪声及震动,同时具有
优良的加工性能。
根据特定的材料及所需等级,尼龙从环境中吸收潮气的能力也不同。这与增塑剂的效果相同,即可以提
高材料的断裂伸长及韧性,但降低了材料的强度和刚度。
产品特性:
固有色泽,不透明。
颜色范围,除了自然色及黑色外,还可以提供一系列的不透明标准颜色;如有需要,也可以提供特定颜
色的产品。
表面整饰,根据模具表面的不同,产品表面可以是高光泽或有织纹感,具有高的再加工**度。
硬度高,尤其对于玻纤增強级别产品;拉伸模量:1,300 到 15,700 MPa (取决于含水量)。
抗震及抗裂性能,具有高抗震及抗裂性能,具体指标与材料的等级与含水量有关。弹性体改性的材料即
使在低含水量及低温下也具有良好的韧性。
高动态载荷性能。
良好的应力开裂性。
高耐热性,短期可耐温170 到 200度 ;长期可耐温 80 到 160度。
